Members wishing to train and be cetified as a Steward of Local 3176, should complete this application and email it to the Local President, hand in at a membership meeting or mail to: Local 3176 P.O. Box 490 Ocklawaha, FL 32179
Training will be scheduled on a priority basis according to the needs of the Local. Sucessful applicants will be notified well in advance of scheduled training in order to adjust schedules accordingly
